The rep was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I wasn’t happy with AT&T for sending me a phone with a SIM card that didn’t work, but they were able to make it right.

Hadn't been shown a single phone when the kid told us to sit down to see how much the bill would be with new phones???? How can you tell me how much the new bill will be when the phones range from free to $1800.00. How is a customer supposed to make a intelligent decision on buying a new phone when you don't take even a second to show them the phones and explain the benefits of the nicer of the phones. It would be equivalent to the grocery store wanting your credit card before you did your grocery shopping.... maybe Verizon will help us. Went back in a few days later, Sky helped us and really knew what he was doing. He was pretty quick but more importantly knew about the products and plans that best fit our needs..... this place needs more Sky's in it.

I had reason to visit the AT&T store off 14th Avenue in Albany to get answers to questions I could not resolve online. The service was excellent. I got the matter resolved quickly. No hassle at all.
