The absolute worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I’ve seen multiple eye doctors in the past 10+ years, and this place is by far the worst. They have given me nothing but trouble, they do not listen to what you have to say (I told them I couldn’t see out of my glasses and they said “well sorry, that’s the prescription from the doctor”) and they simply do not care about anything but money. I definitely DO NOT recommend coming to this facility at all, and I will never be coming back. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Nursing Home - Saturday night - resident with an unresolved eye infection. Nurse calls Genstler Eye Center, expecting to get some on call person, or leave a message. Dr. Genstler himself is there and answers the phone on a Saturday night at 9pm. The nurse tells him of the problem and he says he'll be right over. Sure enough - he shows up in the building, sees and treats the patient, writes orders and goes home for the evening. The nurses jaw dropped. How amazing is this? Unfortunately, we live a world where this sort of above and beyond customer service is rare. I am more than impressed with Dr. Genstler. What a gentleman!
