Lots to say about this RV park. The park itself is fine. It's nice, quiet and near Bandon's beaches. But that's not the issue. The issue is that the owner is greedy and really doesn't spend the time nor effort on managing his business like he should. I've witnessed multiple employees quit due to his poor management. Also, while I stayed there long term for over a year, he did a variety of things which could've been handled better. Firstly, they closed the whole game room down as well as the bathrooms and they were that way for months until we moved out. So false advertising to say it has a bathroom and showers. Also, we didn't ask for a mailbox, but they installed a bunch of new ones anyways and proceeded to charge everyone an extra 100 bucks on long term stay rent. Also, if you have more than 2 vehicles, expect to be ripped off because an extra car parking fee is 50 dollars even though their lot is basically always empty. Tow anything with that vehicle and it's even more than that. Also, electricity is not included in the price so expect extra there too. Also, I have it on good word that he doesn't cut everyone the same deal on spots despite them all being relatively the same. All in all, if ur looking to stay long term, this is not the place. You will be charged upwards of 700 dollars a month.

They only allow 2 guests per spot. Website does not reflect this.

I thought this place having 4.1 stars would be nice. When we arrived we had to wait for the host to show up 30 min before we were directed to our spot. Then they would only take cash or checks ( no advance warning about this). The rest rooms were disgusting. The showers looked like they had not been cleaned in months. FYI: The beach is about a mile walk each way. Overall we would never recommend this place or stay here again.

We stopped for two nights while traveling through the area. This location was quiet, friendly, & convenient to the beach and town. The hot water in the showers was great with good pressure but the facilities could have been cleaner.
