This business is run by a very nice family. I have used many of their services (mailing, package prep, printing, notary public, etc.) since I moved to bandon and they are always very nice, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. If you have something large or complicated you might want to call ahead since it’s a small place and waiting room can be tight when they are really busy. Again, they are truly nice people and will go out of their way to help. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Rude lady took my package and dismissed me when I went to drop it off. I asked for a receipt and she told me the closest FedEx drop off location that offers a receipt is in Roseburg. Obviously I knew this was b.s. and went to the nearby Dollar General instead. I’m not trusting you with my $1400 iPhone return random rude lady. Save yourself a trip and go to dollar general instead.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THE OWNER MANAGER OR WHATEVER HE IS.... I was there to mail 2 packages, and I was unable to find another box that would fit my other package. I was more than happy to pay any extra fees for boxing, taping, the service needed etc. There was an older women helping in the store and Eric was so beyond rude to her. She was trying her best to find a box that would fit both of my packages, and he came in and interrupted her and started taking over the process. As she tried to tell him what she was trying to do/what I wanted... he said in a very rude and demeaning tone "You better leave me alone, just leave me alone, let me do it " I couldn't believe I just heard that... that poor woman was just trying to help... so I told the woman to please give me my packages back and I will go somewhere else. I told the horrible man Eric that he was very mean and that she deserves an apology and shouldn't have been talked to like that. I have been working in customer service for almost 20 years and no matter how stressed yo get, that is no reason to treat people like that... especially your own employees. Eric should be ashamed of himself.... as for the lady.. I don't know your name, but I appreciate your help and kindness. And you deserve better....

Horrible place! I requested a specific carrier and knew exactly my package dimensions. This place increased those dimensions by a half inch, which increased the shipping costs. Then shipped with the wrong carrier. My fresh Xmas wreath ended up lost in the middle of the Mojave desert! I'm furious!!
