This pharmacy continues to be the joke of the town. Instead of trying to fix their screw up, they immediately try turning things around and blaming everything in the book. Avoid at all costs!

Tell the store customer service is awful people don't know where anything is and they don't even know how to use their own equipment I will never go to the store again I don't know what is the problem with people in Oregon but they have no common sense or support the customer at all

The Rite Aid Pharmacy in Bandon has exemplary customer service. I have always found the pharmacy staff to be knowledgable and kind and they process prescriptions quickly and efficiently. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

nice people and helpful, but could do a much better job, in regards to the very long line for pharmacy pickups, they are the only pharmacy in this town, but just because you have the monopoly, on peoples health, is no reason to under staff the pharmacy
