If craving sushi and in Tempe/ ASU area Sushi 101 is a lifesaver.The Cheetah sushi roll is my favorite on the menu. Sweet potato and spicy salmon with eel sauce.The Ramen portions are large and never disappoint. Vegan options are also available. Happy hour starts at 3pm.

Their Miso Soup is VEGAN ♥️. It's so hard to find quality delicious miso soup, but add vegan to the mix and it's neigh impossible. Sushi 101 to the rescue!! Absolutely delicious 😋. They have so many vegan options including starters (miso soup and gyoza), salads and entrees, to sushi rolls! Cassidy, our server, was exceptional. She was personable, funny, and knowledgeable. She definitely made our experience even more enjoyable! Kudus Cassidy!! The Garden Fire roll is by far the best but the other options are also rather delectable. Sushi 101 is, by far, my favorite sushi spot in all of Phoenix Metro. Thank you for always bringing your A game with amazing staff, scrumptious food, and wonderful deals and discounts.

Good service and good sushi 🍣 Was on the look out for a new sushi place since my previous one started charging extra for random items and changed overall. Sushi 101 welcomed me with open arms and I'm glad to bring my friends and family there.

So impressed! We had the monsoon roll, Red Dragon, crab puffs and salmon nigiri. All delicious. My biggest critique on most sushi restraints is when they make the bites of sushi HUGE (americanized sushi). Sushi 101 had the perfect bite sizes, perfect texture, perfect saltiness. Great job! Happy hour is every day from 4-7 and again from 9-10. $2-$3 off each item adds up quick.
