I took a free trial class with no prior experience in any form of martial arts, boxing, wrestling, etc. but I was still able to follow along thanks to the instructors and experienced students. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the teaching was practical, real life self defense. It was just what I was looking for so I decided to sign up for a year. If you're considering coming here at all I would recommend giving the free trial class a go at the very least.

Since I started, I have learned a lot about self defense, I'm having fun, and getting a great workout every time. The instructors are all very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. During class we usually work with a partner or in groups of three. I usually get to partner with one of the instructors at least once. More often when you are new. The lead instructor, who is usually the owner, Sheena, will move around and give advice. As a beginner, I already feel more confident, but there are very advanced students who enjoy coming as well. Whenever I have partnered with any of them, they have been very nice and helpful to me.

Highly professional, extremely practical, and amazingly versatile. If you're looking to learn self-defense, gain confidence, get fit, or all three. I definitely recommend this place. Sheena and her fellow instructors teach practical, down to earth self-defense that anyone can learn. Come check out a class and see how their teaching fits into everyday life situations.

One piece of advice, if you are thinking about starting do it! The instructors are world class and everyone is extremely friendly and inviting. I was/am continually impressed by the level of knowledge and attentiveness of all the instructors. I am still a new face, but can't wait until the next training session to keep gaining more skills and getting an amazing workout. If you leave the facility full of energy, you are either the most athletic individual or you didn't put forth 100% effort. Stop waiting and contact them.

We have a kids Muay Thai program for ages 8 to 14. Ages 15 and older can join our regular Krav Maga classes.
The Defensive Pistol class is geared towards concealed carry holders so most participants are 20+. We have had students in as young as 18.

Most people wear clothes they are comfortable moving and sweating in. Usually that means tshirt and shorts. To others that means pants/ leggings and a tank top Most people wear shoes, not all. Really, just wear what makes you comfortable. The cost can range from $69 to $159 monthly depending on how many days a week you want to train, your schedule and your budget. We are flexible enough to provide tons of options. Let us help you find something that works for you. Sorry Wisper217 we do not have classes for toddlers. Ages 8+
