After years of storing there--they ended-up being the worst. The indoor, heated building's roof would routinely leak. Staff could tell it was leaking--because the water would come out into the hallways--but they never phoned to let customers know that their belongings were getting ruined. I wanted to move my ruined belongings to a dry unit and I told the older male owner. He got mad at me for me insisting to him that he needed to provide free moving to the other unit and so he pushed me (with his 2 hands on my back) into the unit (where my damaged furniture was). I thought of filing a police report of assault but knew that his 2 young workers who witnessed his abuse to me--would lie in order to keep their jobs and plus I still had to store my things there and didn't want more problems with him.

Poor customer service, particularly the 80 year old crone at the front desk screaming at customers for no reason. She should not be working in that position because she has poor communication skills, gets to stressed in the fast-paced atmosphere and really puts people off. Further, they raise their prices every couple of months, don't take credit cards or debit cards. Join us in the 21st century please and get rid of Kathy the Dinosaur.
