Rented a medium sized unit to store all our earthly possessions while we were between apartments. Great price for the size. Super easy process all around from renting to moving out. And the owner(? Property manager? Unsure.) was nothing but friendly and helpful.

How much a units 5× 10
Simply Storage on Franklin Blvd doesn't offer 10x10 units. The closest that they do offer is a 10x14 and they don't have any available. I just called and asked.
I had a pod (not connected to another unit but side by side and rubber flooring.) there that was a 8x20 but could be wrong on the width size. It had double doors to get into it, so you would need 2 locks that was $120. I decided to go to a smaller unit so i got a 5x16 for $75. They said that 16 ft use to be the length of storage units now its like 15 ft any other places. The only drawback i dont like is the gates close at 6:00 pm. Otherwise its a nice storage company. All the units are outside. You also can store a boat, car, trailer, r.v or anything to those items you need to store. They dont hassel you, good people that works there. Im really happy to of found this storage company. For the same size unit i would be paying more any other place. Check it out
