I have been banking at this branch for about 13 years. I have never had a bad experience. There is quite a bit of turnover for tellers, but I have always been treated very well there. Even when very busy, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I've waited longer at BofA when it was NOT busy. The people who complain the most about wait time are the same people taking 45 minutes to do anything because they are unprepared and completely ignorant or need special language help...guess what? Don't speak the native language? You are going to wait until someone that speaks your language is available...its that way anywhere in the world...duh... I live this branch and will continue doing business with US Bank because of the service I get there

I went to withdraw $460 from the ATM that's outside, it took all the money from my account but did not dispense the funds. Now I opened a dispute that's going to take about 90 days. I would stay away from this Bank in general all together.
