Del Taco

Usually this Del Taco is on point, but the guy working the late night shift has made multiple errors on my orders on multiple nights now. It's super frustrating (I know, shame on me for believing the guy did his job correctly) to get ready to eat your meal and whatever got put in the bag and handed to you is NOT what you ordered. Or to ask for ketchup and Del Scorcho sauce, be told by the employee at the drive thru window that they're in the bag, and then find out they are not. The only thing in the bag was the wrong darn quesadilla. Not even a napkin. If my last 2 trips to this Del Taco had been my only 2, I for sure would have given a lower rating. But I don't want to hold the whole restaurant responsible for one employees negligence.

I'm so upset. I work across the street and decided to walk to this Del taco to get some lunch and exercise in today. I had been craving the Del carbons and thought I'd treat myself to a milkshake for my walk. Well to my surprise as I'm walking up to the door a staff member opens it and says “we're closed”. Now I can see people inside eating so I'm confused. She stated that I couldn't come in because they are short staff but let me tell you why I'm so hurt and disappointed. I am a proud black (African American) woman. I am well mannered and if I may say so I keep myself well groomed. As I'm walking away I see a Caucasian family with 2 strollers and the exact same staff member holds the door open for them! I'm livid! If I had the time I would go back and protest but I'm just too hungry and I have work to do... Sidenote it is around 12noon on a Saturday and everyone sitting inside was either white or Hispanic. This could result in a huge lawsuit.

Whomever has been working the last few times we have visited is awesome! The quesadillas and tacos have been stuffed and stacked! Our order has been correct. The service has been great. Reminds me of the Barstow Del Taco. Thank you!

I LOVE THE CHICKEN TACO FROM DEL TACO, TRIED THE CHICKEN CHEDDER CHEESE QUESADILLA, AND SOME TACOS AL CARBON. GRWAT STASTING FOOD. MANY CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM.. SODAS ARE GREAT TOO... NICE AND BUBBLELY NOT FLAT.
