Hi! Del Taco actually makes your food fresh. If you go in and order, you can watch them cooking your food to make your order. This of course slows down the time you receive your food in, but the food is better quality than a place like Taco Bell that recycles older food ingredients to make your food come out faster. Depending on the time of day and which day you go. Makes a big difference on wait time. Since they ate cooking your food and various conditions of time. It could take a little time.
