They’re nice and knowledgeable and I’d pay a premium—and they do charge premium prices for high quality product—for a fun place to go with my puppy and to support a local business. However the detractor is the filth outside. I’d be afraid my puppy would catch something. Yeah it may be the customer's responsibility to pick up after their dogs but it's the store's image and first impression.

I took my little dog to Pet People in Westerville to use their dog bath facilities. They took the time to show me everything I needed to know about washing and drying my pooch. The bath area was clean and well organized. They furnished the soap and the hair dryer. It was so easy to bath my dog. I highly recommend using their bathing facility. Thank you for giving us a place to bath our dogs.

The folks working at this store are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the various products, especially with dog food in my case. I've been feeding my dogs a certain brand for awhile that has recently been linked with heart disease. The person at the store knew everything about it and directed me to a different brand that is highly recommended by veterinarians.
