The customer service I received at this location was unacceptable to the least. I was yelled at by young lady taking orders, she was very rude and didn’t care to understand my online order. The woman continued to yell at me during our interaction I’m sure she was having a bad day but not the customers fault. Be professional establishment/business.

Food was cold after waiting 15 minutes for them to make it it was horrible!! I want better food I'm talking replacement. And didn't get no receipt

Was looking forward to trying the Big King. Well if this is a “big” king allegedly comparable to a Big Mac- then BK this is an epic fail. They didn’t even use Whopper patties, these are cheeseburgers!!!

My go to BK. Decent staff that check and balance each other. Not much to say! Its decent clean new build of a BK. Fancy soda machine inside. No playground. Some high tops on one end (who choose to sit at a high top?). Bathrooms clean.
