This was our first time at this place. We weren't sure which door was the front so, we followed the person in front of us. There was a piece of wood on the floor keeping the door cracked open because the handle was completely off. We walked in and no one greeted us. A girl sitting at a high top table by herself told us to seat ourselves. We sat outside and it took the waiter a long time to come take care of us. So long that we went inside to see if we order at the counter. When he finally arrived he asked us what we wanted, but we hand no menu. So, he took this block thing from the table next to us, tossed it onto our table and told us to scan the QR code. The service tonight was very poor. You could tell that they didn't care about you. We waited 40 minutes for our food which ended up being mediocre. I got the Gyro and it was bland. My daughter got the Southwest Burger which she said had no seasoning. My mom ordered The Goat and Chicken with bun on side because she is gluten-free. When she asked for a fork and knife a waitress said she gave us one, yet there was no knife. Since service was very slow, we knew it would be awhile if we asked for one so my mom had to use her fingers to break the chicken into pieces. If you're looking for a restaurant this place is not it. I think it is more for the residents than outside people.

Though, my first time eating at this restaurant was not delightful as there was a racially motivated comment made to me by my server, the service manager did make an attempt to correct the experience which I'm pleased with. Regan in fact was not our server, she was a gem! Such a sweet girl and she was extremely kind. She even cleared mine and my guest plates from the table as well as provided refills when our server (Who shall remain nameless because my intent is to never call someone out negatively) was much more attentive to the other guests around us. The food was pretty good. I had a vegetarian gyro. I am looking forward to returning and having some pizza!

I live in the LC and have always loved the food at the Goat. However they have the worst service inside and outside the restaurant. Inside the restaurant it takes forever for you to get serviced you get your food and then you never hear from the waitress again. The last few times I've ordered delivery instead. I waited over an hr and 30 minutes for my delivery even tho it said it would be a 3p minute delivery. I called after an hr and a half of waiting when I was told they over looked my order. "Did I wantd it reorders or not". Reluctantly I said yes and when I finally got my food after waiting over another 30 minutes it was cold we ordered a black bean burger and they didn't put the burger on thesandwich just vegetables 🙃 when we called to tell no one answered for the rest of the night

I had NO idea the cuteness and enticing atmosphere of THE GOAT, no matter what location! Everybody is so friendly, most almost if not all locations are based in residential neighborhoods. The few that I have been to also have an entrance through a leasing office of the properties. I know it sounds a little crazy, but the people that work in the office are also very helpful and nice. Very welcoming to the community, no matter why you are there! Can't wait to be able to enjoy this as its intended, aka after corona

You can go through the front (the leasing office) or there is another on either side of the building
