First off, the woman in the office is the nastiest person I have ever met. To think she is dealing with families of those who have passed is sad. My main complaint is that the headstones in the military section are not maintained. I go out there on a regular basis to trim around my father's headstone so it won't be overgrown. We just went out there this evening and the once again they have removed the artificial flowers the were to be left for Veterans day and the solar light that was placed there over a year ago. We went behind the office where they have dumped all the flowers and were shocked to see that even angels and crosses had been removed. We found our solar light (which in no way interfered with whatever mowing they do) still lit, thrown in a pile. Funny thing is, while the majority of flowers, crosses and angels had been removed, there were some that were allowed to remain.
