In a beautiful setting - you feel like you're staying in the woods. The paths are great to walk. Really gives you a place to relax when you spend the day with family in the hospital after surgery. Big bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Has small fridge and microwave, so you don't have to eat all your meals out and can keep drinks cool. Bed matters was a little hard for my preference and the pull out couch was a typical matters - thin. But everything else makes up for it. If I ever have to stay there again I'd take an air mattress. Attached pictures show path that makes up for beds.

The place itself was very nice. The staff however. Can’t say the same. The “managers” are they even really managers?? My daughter left her baby blanket and I called the very next morning to a very rude lady named Diane who compared it to a bikini. Everyone we have spoke to basically says the laundry service Comtex just pretty much throws anything out that isn’t the laundry.. and we will never see her blanket again. I was not taking this as an answer. This is an attachment to her and has been with her since before birth. I have been up there to speak to a manager (who rushed us out) that said she had my info and was sending me an email that was sent to the laundry service which she never did. I’ve called the laundry service place Comtex and sent an email. We are going on 3 weeks. And nothing. Horrible customer service.

I recently stayed for one night with my parents, we had an early arrival time at Riverside Hospital. We were blown away with how nice the cottages are!! The cottages are very spacious, handicap accessible and a quiet area nestled in the city. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to parking is a little bit of a distance to walk from the parking area for someone that has health issues. I would definitely stay here again!
