Terrible Customer Service- worst delivery service of all that exist. i stayed home two days in a row for a package that has to be signed for, the drivers do not knock or hardly knock. I called them to have my package redeliver and they only offered me to pick it up and said they would waive a fee as if it was my fault. I hope this place closes down and these people lose their job. They do not need to be in customer service….. The older white women on the phone hung up on me and was saying I was rude and not to threaten her when i stated I would contact the person who was using them as a carrier. I never have an issue with USPS or FEDEX but UPS is the spirit airlines of delivery services… they are a trash service

Their drivers need to slow down ..the one that just came though here a mobile home park sounded like glass shattering he went so fast over speed bump that's why we are having to pay more $$$ to ship n receive broken items they just don't care

UPS is seriously the worst conpany. They have something called pickup, but when I called to ask why the item wasn't picked up, they said all they have to do is drop the label off. They charge to hold my item so I can be sure I get it. They have terrible customer service, and I'm sure they'll be closed or something when I go to pick up my item today.

I live by Alhambra High School and have the same problem. I've been to UPS center and basically was told they had many drivers calling in sick and when they don't come in, there route to drop off packages doesn't go out. I was told to request my package be placed on hold and just pick it up. If you don't place on hold it may take longer to get your package. I requested a hold on my package 6/5 and it was finally scanned so I can go pick it up today. UPS said this is the most packages they have seen....it has tripled the normal amount of packages that they get during the Christmas season.
Hours to pick up a package are from 1pm to 5:30pm.
