Remember the jokes about the post office in the 80's? That was a long time ago, and I am impressed with the phenominal improvement since then. The staff at the East St. office are warm, friendly, affable. It's plainly obvious they love working there. Helpful, courteous, efficient. How does USPS compare to FedEx? FedEx is suffering from gross mismanagement; they lied about a failed delivery attempt - twice, in 2020. This year, they had no idea where a three-box shipment was. The FedEx delivery gentleman (with sincerity) brought the three boxes...one at a time on three seaprate days, with apologies. One box he happened to spot on the warehouse floor, all by its lonesome. A hardworking employee should not have to apologize for company mismanagement.

I need to ship envelopes of tiny seeds everyday but I just won’t be able to come to this location anymore. I know the rule for non machinable packages is less then 1/4 of an inch and less than 2 ounces but at this location they want $4 for everything to be a package. Really Is an inconvenient Shame since I live a block away. But saving $50 a day is worth the 3 mile drive To the next location. I don’t understand why this can’t be a more uniform policy.

The staff at this satellite office on a East St in Concord are the best! Specifically Gary, Geronimo and Tameshia are friendly and never steer me wrong when I have to send out a package (which services to use, etc). Love these guys!!
