There’s a lady in this store which I wasn’t able to get her name simply because of her rudeness. We were with my mom who doesn’t know how to speak English at all. My mom is 76 years old. This rude lady does not want us to talk in behalf of her, the fact that she knows my mom doesn’t even understand what she’s talking about and can’t even speak the language!!!! Even the customers that were there were all looking at her the way she’s acting, how loud, proud, and arrogant her voice sounds!!! She must be the manager but it doesn’t mean that you have the position, you can treat badly your customers!!! Never ever go to this store. They don’t know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!! NO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 08/04/2022 I hope there is a way to respond to your response. I appreciate you acknowledging the policy. I am just wondering if that lady that assisted us acknowledge how we were treated there? She can talk to us politely and not rude. That lady doesn't know what customer service is the fact that she is talking to someone older who needs help that doesn't even understand her language. The family was there and she could have explained it to them in a nice way.

This is the worst carrier that can possibly exist and have problems every time I buy something and the seller chooses them. I live in a condo where you need keys to access inside the building and UPS is the only freight company that "isn't able to get in". With all other companies they always find a way somehow, either someone lets them in, they call and we personally open the door, etc, but with UPS the problem is EVERY TIME. Really frustrating service. And more disappointing is that sellers keep using them.

Honestly the best experience I've had at a UPS. It was the holiday season and I apologetically had a few too many packages to send, including international ones, but they were extremely nice, helpful, patient, and considerate of me and the other customers. Even when there was an extremely rude customer, they handled the situation as calmly as they could.

Nothing but love for this location! I've been to many UPS stores in the past, never been too happy with any of those experiences. In fact, I almost gave up on UPS as a whole. I came across this location on my way to meet a business client and decided to give UPS one last try (since it was literally right there on my way). The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. Yvonne was there to greet me with a smile as soon as I walked in, and was very sweet. I think she is new and still learning, so she grabbed the store manager Robert. He was very knowledgeable and not to mention quick! Nothing is worse than waiting forever to ship a package when you're already on a tight schedule. I will now be using this location for all my shipping needs and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
