Ordered a 400 Series Anderson sliding door August 2021. Cyr Lumber delivered the slider after an extended wait without the exterior screen and was to follow-up with all components backordered by Anderson. After several months of additional delay, Cyr Lumber delivered the Anderson gliding insect screen door void of track and hardware (not helpful). After an additional 4 weeks of delay, the top track arrives but no screen molding left and right side (required to install the track), hardware or handles for the screen. After speaking to a woman in Millwork, this was obviously the customers fault and received significant attitude. I advised this Millwork associate that I would gladly pay for the remaining (missing) parts to compete the insect screen install. This associate continued to say, “I ordered what you asked”. In summary, Cyr Lumber is expected to be the expert when problems arise, not the customer. Cyr is more interested in placing blame versus taking an issue to resolve. Take your business elsewhere. East Coast Lumber, Bensons Lumber, Pelham Building Supply, Moore Lumber are all more reputable and customer friendly. Don't waste your time with Cyr lumber.

Called to confirm two things were in the store before driving down.. was told yup yup yup.. drove nearly an hour to get there just to be told they don't have not just one item, but neither item I needed. I know no one else cares because it's not their night wasted but I will never do business with them again. It doesn't take much effort to go check instead of just lie because it's 4:55 & your day ends at 5.

Awful experience here and I would recommend anyone looking to do business here to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, was forced to use them for a new construction home. They couldn’t figure out how to deliver cabinets as they were delivered damaged several times. This caused severe delays. They also messed up our knobs for the cabinets and we are still waiting for the correct ones to be delivered. Also, we had to deal with a woman who was extremely rude. Take your business elsewhere.

I contracted with Cyr Kitchen & Bath to design and install a new kitchen as part of a entire house renovation and remodel. Once the project was finally completed I noticed a problem with the hood over the stove and the shelves that were installed in the pantry. Initially I was experiencing unresponsiveness it getting the issues resolved until Janelle DeCosta got involved and the issues were resolved in a matter of 2 weeks.
