My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Prince at the McMinnville location a few days ago. We were in a pinch and needed a last minute rental since our car was totaled by a neighbor's tree. Even though he was swamped and the location was understaffed at the time, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided us with excellent service and a high level of professionalism. He made our difficult day so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful!!

We booked a (Truck) and ended up with a Mini Van!! That made it so we had to make TWO Long trips rather than the one!!! We had intended on renting and being charged for One day but We paid for two days . We returned it a couple hours late and ended up with a two day bill!!!!

Do u know if I need to my arrangements before hand and if Mcminville locations has the drop box too
I don't work for enterprise but everytime i rented from them, i could never pick up on a sunday. I had to pick up Saturday. You can drop off when they are closed but not pick up.
