Lived in this neighborhood here long enough to know this is so far the worst Autozone in north Dallas . You get what you get . Poor investory, , untrained employees. Horrible service . I suggest you google everything you need for your car and find it yourself. Every once in a while you’ll find a knowledgeable worker . Had to pay a mechanic $15 to install my battery after they claimed all their equipment was stolen - and casually called a local that’s putsit in for a fee!! On the bright side they’re a couple of repair guys that hang around if u need some quick service

You can’t walk in or out without getting blasted by cigarette smoke and having to cover my sons ears from all the foul language. Sadly both of these issues are from the employees

Huge shout-out to Emry and the entire team at this location. Another location sold me the wrong battery then sent me here to install, likey because they didn't want to do they labor themselves. Emry installed the new battery quickly. I appreciate their great service! Highly recommend!
