The five-star is for Roger, is always so kind and personable. I usually have a had time with getting someone to come out to check my oil, or replace a light bulb. It's always an excuse why they can't come out, but with Roger he will go the extra mile to help. Like finding the tools need to change my brake lights. I respect and appreciate Roger he is the MAN! I had to exchange an alternator that was given to me in error but hey, nobody's perfect so I don't blame her at all and me having to return was made sweeter by the gentleman that helped me make sure that I got the right part before I walked out the door. I'm a former employee and a very long time customer. AutoZone has saved me a lot of money, gas and time and I'm proud to say I'd rather shop at AutoZone than ANY Mall! Lol.

Really great experience. Got my battery checked by Irma. Lots of heat right now so I was concerned when my car kept dying. But after the free check up on battery it passed.

Staffing is wearing masks and the 6ft rule is applied, not sure if they wipe down places where it's regularly in contact

Autozone won't install a thermostat. A fuse or light bulb maybe. Also, don't trust all Autozone employees to know what they are doing.
