I have been in this Auto Zone six times in the past year at different times of the day. I have never had anyone ask me what I'm looking for or greeted me. During the same period, I have had good customer service at three other Auto Zones. I have had great service at nearby O'Reilly and nearby Advanced Auto Parts. This Garland Rd. Auto Zone has so many customers asking about replacement auto parts for DIYers that they don't have time for the dumb guy looking for a The Club or a set of jumper cables. I have walked out of this Garland Rd. store four times in the past year having purchased nothing simply because everyone is either busy or they are in the back . The next time I come to this Auto Zone will be because I can't find something at four other places.

So true last time i waited forever so now i go to O'Reilly get in and out fast better customer service
You should call the store to get the truth. People who answer here may not know what they are doing today.
You have to call, or go to the business
It's a body shop right past KFC that can do it. The shop is on the right.
You can go to the website and look up the prices and it will tell you what store near you has the part or if you need to order it.
