Delivered today and wasn't there much more than an hour. Basically from what I can tell they're fcfs. The road they're located on is nearly too narrow for semis to pass on. I read the reviews complaining about guy being grumpy and I sensed that he might be at times. He wasn't inviting like a Walmart door greeter lol but I didn't have any issues with him being less than normal excited to see truck drivers. He wasn't rude to me but I'm not a sensitive flower either hahaha! Drive past the building, turn around in dirt lot and park along the side of the building once you drive up along side of it in line with other trucks and go check in.

Not to bad to say they're loading out of one dock, very nice people.

Their hot sauce is on point vinegar is on spice is on and when you use for hot wings bam. What I really like is the flavor it’s always the same it’s the best sauce I’ve ever had. I pass this place when I go to New Iberia and it’s always on a Saturday and they are closed. Can’t wait to visit one day. Thanks Cajun Chef

have u tried Rouses?
They can be found in most stores which you can order online. Cajun chef products are also in many of the corporate stores. Jalapeno peppers are big selling item as well. Try Googling the spicy green beans and it should appear. I live right by Cajun Chef and get the privilege of smelling all those hot spicy products. 😁😁😁
