Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. He was thorough with checking on the outside and inside units. So happy to have purchased the preventative maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company.

Today Joey our technician came out and SAVED THE DAY!!! I have a 6month old and husband and dad that come home from construction and around 2 o’clock today our AC stopped working. He came out in great time since we were a work in. Im so grateful that he could come out and fix our AC the same day!! it was almost 90 degrees in the house and instantly he fixed it!! He came out extremely professional, knew what he was doing and talking about. This is an amazing business and I’d recommend it to anyone in need especially in a situation like mine!!

He arrived promptly, which is very important to me, and quickly got to work performing the yearly AC maintenance on the unit at my house as well as the one at my mom's house next door. This covers a wide variety of miscellaneous items such as: when a part is under warranty or not. The following is covered: part return fee, disposal fee and return trip.
It covers part failure not neglect or active nature. Examples that are NOT covered: mice chewing, lightning strikes, dirty filters, dirty parts (coils, blower wheel) etc.

Right now, we do work on boilers but not oil furnaces. If you have an oil furnace and would like to switch over to gas/electric, we would be happy to offer a free replacement estimate. Just call us to get scheduled!
