I was there to print a label and send an usps package, after having the right information about it. A women there asked me to use the laptop to print, no other way and she charged me $2 for it. So for 3 A4 print, I got to pay $3.09 !!!!! A SCAM. Then she did want to accept the package. I make her aware about the answers I got by phone, So she accepted to have it while it was a small package. I don't recommend then at all. not professional Answer for the owner: I did not use your internet. my documents was on an external storage ready for print. $2 just for puting the usb drive on your laptop to print. And then 1.09 for 3 pages (black and white, just Labels for shipping) So You have to reviex your prices or at least your services

I have been a customer for many many many years. I closed my box a few years ago because I moved to the valley n it was very hard to go back n forth. Well recently some medication was delivered there n the owner contacted me left a message n text to inform me. I thought that was very sweet n going the extra mile for there customers even when were gone. This place held onto to them till I could go get them. I am really appreciated for such honest n helpful customer service. While I was a customer they always were great to me n my son. I really felt like part of the family. I was so sad to close my box. The Patel's are awesome..

Owner is friendly but I went there for finger prints (rolling fee $23) and it got rejected for smudges . So I went there again hoping he will do it for free, he didn't. I paid again for same but this time I could clearly tell that the prints were too faint. He wouldnt listen, he insisted that they will be fine and lo and behold! Rejected again. Best to avoid this service here. I wasted 82 dollars and lot of driving around . Not going back
