I was disappointed that they had a limited collection and in the design I was looking for which I had seen online in there store,, there were none.. Also they hardly had any shoes in the "Wide"sizes so did not buy there.

This is really false advertising of a “factory/outlet” store — the prices are the exact same as other Columbia stores, with worse selection. The best deal they had was 10 dollars off full price. Poor size selection in shoes. To add insult to injury, employees are all wearing masks below noses or completely off. Skip it.

You would get good jackets and clothes at a very good discount price. We generally prefer the Columbia factory store instead of the normal store as you get more discounts. Also there is a huge collection for both men's women's and kids.

Collection is great. Everything was good so far with this Columbia store. Reason for 2 star : Without receipt you are not able to return or exchange. I offered to show my credit card which was used for purchase.. I also offered to show my linked Columbia points account but the staff did not agree to nothing. he said he can give store credit and that would be $14 for the jacket of $109. I don't know how he managed to hit that magic number. I know it is my fault that I should have kept the receipt like investment bond.. So my advice to all : if size does not fit or if you like to change the color, remember to keep that paper receipt with you. Or else you will end up getting $14 or may be less....
