I had them come out to repair a commercial dishwasher. Not only did the kid they sent out not know how to open the dishwasher (I had to show him) but he left saying that he'd have to get back to me with an estimate but needed immediate payment of $175 for his 8 minute "diagnostic". After 2 weeks, I called and left a voicemail - no response. A week later I called a second time with the same result. After a very heated third message, I got a call back and they said they were not able to perform the repair because they couldn't find parts. Thus, after a MONTH of no communications, $175 absolutely wasted, I'm now trying to find a competent repair service who can do the work.
