I've lived in a lot of apartments, but never one with staff this awful. They are always so rude and act like I'm asking them to move a mountain when I ask a simple question about getting something fixed or how something works online. You are getting paid to do a job so smile and DO IT. Even the owner of the place is rude to everyone. These apartments are far overpriced and just went up to 2600 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Security is a myth at this place. Cars broken into constantly, the office literally does NOT care or do anything about it. They'll be very polite and smiley until they lock you into a lease, then they turn that little act off. PARKING - HA HA HA HA. You get one parking spot in the lot and will be on the "wait list" for years to get a second one that cost 50 dollars more a month. There's is no street parking, if you're on the left side of the complex you're about half a mile away from guest parking. This place is an actual joke. Stay away.

Unbelievable they charge us atleast 2800 a month yet there’s still worms coming out of our sink , bugs everywhere , lots of raccoons and homeless at the dumpster and the worst of it all 600 dollars for a pet deposit I wouldn’t mind paying but if only the sewage and the apartment was cleaner and safe. Our laundry has also been stolen multiple times . If we leave our shoes out for just a couple hours they get stolen as well . Overpriced laundry unit . Parking gets stolen real quick . Toilets get easily clogged .and our cabinet and oven keeps breaking down and falling apart staff is nice tho but not as helpful still I appreciate the stuff they can do . Overall not worth the price of rent if it was cheaper I would understand

Everytime I come home from work or the gym someone is in my assigned spot that has a number, I PAY FOR THE SPOT AND security doesn't tow or anything, they dont have that authority per management, last time I towed someone they came back and keyed my car which I had to pay to get fixed not management......I want answers !!! Dont move here you've been warned

Im very happy at this place, they always have a quick response for any maintenance issue, I cannot complaint is always clean, the laundry, the pool area, the outside landscaping ect, Thank you all on the Office for keep it that way. Management is always smiling and happy to help.
