I had recently found a decent trimmer and brought it in for a tune up. The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable about it, and assured me that work was minimal. They gave me a quote, I agreed, got a paper and waited. I called the day the paper said to call if I have not heard anything, and when they picked up, all they said was that a technician was working on it, and that I would get a call back. I didn’t get a call back, and this happened 3 different times. I ended up just picking up my trimmer because nothing had been done to it, no explanation as to why. I ended up dong the repairs myself at a fraction of what they quoted.

Had a slight misunderstanding with a new employee that wrote their work tickets, he ended up signing me up for a repair rather than a quote. The work was done fast and the mechanics were very friendly and understanding of the miscommunication and assisted in a discount. I think that was good customer service and im happy to do business with this company.
