I had Storage Etc... on Hancock Street recommended to me by a good friend who stores with them as well. I needed to store my furniture and items from my house during a remodel and was skeptical to use self storage at all. When I first visited the storage I was pleased by the appearance and help from the office staff. The young lady that moved me in also ensured that I had a space that was easy to get to as well as went over the lock and code with me well enough that I was able to comfortably come back on my own time. I have had my things in storage for a little over three months now and every time I need to bring more things in or pick something up I have a pleasant experience. I would like to further recommend this storage to anyone who feels apprehensive over storage facilities; this one really stands out as a relief!
