I was told my unit was on the 4th floor and that there was an elevator. True, as far as it goes, except the elevator doesn't actually have floors that you can stop on. You have to open heavy gates and close them, then you press up, and guess where you're at and try to stop on your floor. The unit itself is on top of another unit with no ladder or step stool at reach it. Overall I wasn't happy with it, but it's the closest storage facility

Staff is great and helpful. Process to rent a space was fairly easy once we spoke with someone at front desk. The only reason for a 4 star was that there are some nasty smells in the docking area from the trash that is stored there.

The staff member was the best person i have ever dealt with in my life! She was very good with explaining to me everything step by step and she made sure i was understanding everything as well as i could have known everything from her. She was very knowledgeable with the info she explain to me and very nice and kind and she knew her stuff with everything. I am appreciate it about how she had great people skills and knowledge at all the info about everything and thanks to her i was comfortable and not worried about my belongings and leaving there with more info i needed to understand how everything with the storage unit and now knowing my items are totally safe and she made me at ease....
