These folks are often incredibly busy and understaffed but they always get the job done and the food is always good. Cut them some slack they are trying their hardest.

This McDonald’s is not worth the stop. I had to pick up a Door Dash order here. Originally, I was going to pick up the order in the drive through but after five minutes of sitting in a 10 car line with no movement, I decided to go park and go inside. I waited 45 minutes for someone to walk to the counter long enough to help me, or one of the other half dozen people picking up orders. While waiting, I noticed the whole lobby full of people was getting ignored or eye rolls, nobody was at the register to take orders, and the state of the restaurant itself was horrible. The trash was piling up in all the trash bins, even outside, nothing was clean, and the food that people were waiting likely at least 30 minutes for was getting handed out cold, including the order I was picking up. If the staff was more organized everyone’s food wouldn’t be sitting out going bad and there would be less crowds and mess. It’s absolutely ridiculous that people allow this place to operate like this

Worst service ever... there was nobody upfront to take your order, saw a guy waiting 4 minutes and finally just walked out. Lady that should be taking orders is bagging food instead. Valen para pura vergggsss.

Your order will always be wrong no matter how basic. It will always take 20 min. Understaffed. Just 100% always a negative experience. But it's only one for miles and my kid loves an occasional happy meal. They even got my coffee order screwed up last week. The server called me sir 5 times cos he refused to look up to see who he was serving. My happy meal was missing drinks. No dipping sauces...like just don't bother. And I don't give bad reviews. If I could give zero stars I would.
