Just an awful experience. I used them for 2 years. I returned today to inquire about parking today after leaving the area for 4 years. The same old disgusted feeling came back. I asked about monthly parking and was told it was too late because the month has already began. It was the 2nd of the month. I still have the end of service paperwork 2018 in my car as they tried to send me to collections for nonpayment - I left the country for a couple of years and my car was long gone and all items returned. The absolute worst, but unfortunately the cheaper option in the neighborhood.

CONS: 1. No maintenance, Falling apart! 2. No security 3. Terrible Staff 4. NO clear parking lines (seriously you cant see which are which) 5. Monthly members get no parking when there are Yankee games or any event 6. Staff disappear (cant leave when you need) 7. Awful to recommend Pros: No one wants to park there so youll find a spot (jist not when theres a game at the arena)

The location was perfect for the Bronx 10 miler on Sunday and recommended by NYRR. Everything was great until we tried to leave, not one of the many ticket kiosks worked so no one could leave. The only ones working were at the exit and not even all those were working. It took 57 minutes to get out of the lot after we got to the car. Absolutely horrible and the attendant could care less.

None of the machines work! Literally trapped inside here for hours. Do not recommend this garage at all
