This place is ridiculous. I've been going to this car wash intermittently over the last 7-8 years since moving to San Diego. This place just keeps getting worse and I will take my business to PB Carwash going forward. Today on 5.19.22, I pulled into a vacuum bay. On 5.16, I used the car wash and was unable to get a vacuum spot. On 5.17 & 5.18, I drove through and there were no vacuum spots. Finally on 5.19 I went at a time they were not so busy to FINALLY vacuum my vehicle. As I began to vacuum my vehicle, I was approached by a man claiming to work there. He advised that no matter what, I could not vacuum without washing today. I explained that I just washed, didn't need to wash, and could share that proof, but he would not oblige. After 5 minutes, a man claiming to be the manager walks up. He acts nothing like a manager and immediately starts attacking me verbally about their rules. To which I told him I understand, and this way they were doing it was wrong. I proceeded to pull out a $20 bill and offered to pay for a wash service I would not be using that day. They would not accept my money claiming they do not accept cash and honestly spent the entire interaction being hostile without offering a solution to a problem that happens there EVERY day. I would not recommend this business to anyone as I've come here plenty of times in the same way without problem. I truly believe any business that can have employees like this does not care about its customers or their cars.

The best part about Washman is they truly understand the sensitivity of time. I was short on time for my emergency office trip and the car was out for a wash, when conveyed they immediately put all their work on the fast track and delivered me a shining ride at the step. Thank you, Washman! Keep up the good work!

I usually preferred to clean my ride by myself, as I am afraid washing harshly would taint my beloved car! But my wife took it out to Washman once when I was away, and I was amazed to see their attention to detail. I have been their loyal customer ever since and have not been disappointed once.

I wish they had another location up North. I do make an attempt to go there when I am in the area to have my car washed at Washman. I like the fact that they dry my car after washing, free vacuuming and use of towels. Sometimes the wash doesn't come up clean but having the towels helps so I can clean it myself. Very friendly staff.

You are welcome to come to the car wash anytime and stand at the exit, you will see hundreds of cars a hours come out of he car wash, you will see we do not scratch cars. We have washed over 20 million vehicles at our wash facilities over the last 25 years! We would not be in business if we scratch cars. Our light touch option is where all rotating washers are retracted, so if the washers do touch your vehicle it is very light, we have this option for vehicles with bike racks, lights, tires, etc... where we retract the washers if you have this type of equipment on your vehicle, also for the customer that comes in daily and only needs the dust taken off their vehicle. We also believe these scratch claims comes from our competition trying to hurt our 5 star rating, because most of these customers do not respond to our private posts. We have over 30 cameras located at the wash so we can show customers before and after photos of there vehicle that proves the scratches were already there!
You can call the corporate office just Google it give them your name and they will cancel it
