Just Left Gateway Tires riding on my rim. That’s how terribly discriminatory their actions were towards me. The owner or manager told me to make move my car out of the way of customer initial when I pulled in on flat. Then told me to wait for someone to see if my tire could be repaired. I told him fine and if not I would purchase one. After waiting an hour, as newly arrived customers pulled into Service ports, I asked how much long will it be. He told me another 3 to 4 hours.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I WAS PROFILED IMMEDIATELY!!! I WILL BE PRAYING FOR THEM!!! I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!! SAD!!!!!

Went to this place and got tires replaced. The rear tires worn out in just one month and they could not figure out but they do replace 2 rear tires for free. Later I went to Honda services and they fixed it. So you can ask them to do some simple maintaince and find car dealer to do more complicated issues.

I would think that they would be able to answer that question on the phone. They're not going to monitor Google Maps to answer questions.

I would take it to them, they rarely give over the phone prices...but, they do an awesome job...Be there early...or you will be waiting
