I have no idea how this company stays in business. Especially in Southern California. There's hardly ever any customers and the merchandising is so bad that you can never be sure that the item you grab off the shelf is the right one. Then while I was checking out, although the cashier was very friendly and polite and funny, we had to spend 15 minutes trying to get it to take my credit card and it turns out the entire credit card processing system was down. I ended up walking out empty-handed. This is 2022, folks. Credit cards are just about the only way anyone can do business.

Their staff is not knowledgeable, if you can find anyone. We went to order blinds. We waited for 20 min, after asking 3 people for help. The man that runs that department didn't know anything about blinds or even how to order them. We left. I called the store 4 different times over 3 days to order a few ceiling fans. No answer. It just rings and rings and rings. Perhaps the store would be different if you want an off the shelf item. It would not change the staff though. My business goes back to depot.

Cancelled delivery and hour before they could have come for the day. Told the scheduler that I cannot take a day off of work for the next scheduled delivery. Was given an afternoon appointment during a work day anyways. Was given a telephone # to reschedule. It IS after 5:00pm when I am calling, but the store is open until 10:00 pm. Tried to call the given number to talk with the scheduler, the customer service folks, and the appliance department. Let the phone ring for approximately 10 minutes each. No one is picking up the phone even though this is the main telephone number to the store. There should be some kind of messaging or an opportunity to leave a message. Lost total confidence in Lowe's. Very disappointed. Unlikely will do business with this store.

This Lowe’s is very convenient to get to since it’s off the freeway. The help I have had in customer service is decent but I mainly like it because it’s best to get in and out of. They also have some other shops nearby if you want to grab a quick bite on the run.

This happens quite a bit at this store. I have had this similar situation happen, and have had to come in. Defeats the purpose of making an order and doing delivery. I would just try to call at a later time of tomorrow and hope someone answers.
