It's saddening to see such wonderful reviews about this location, which is what led me to inquiring about their services for my wedding . I received an email stating that they do not cater , but the website listed that they did . I called Gladys to find out if they had a trusted source they work with or would recommend. Before I could ask , I was rudely interrupted and asked if I read the email in it's entirety, to which I responded yes and that I had a question about the catering. I was interrupted again to be admonished by her , stating that if I did read the email properly, then I'd know they don't offer it ( which once again , had she let me ask my question, she'd realize I just wanted to follow up on if they partnered with a caterer as they still mentioned it on their website). When I tried to explain I understand that but because of their online information I still had a follow up question , then for a third time she interrupted again and asked what was my name that I used for my email inquiry, to which point I stopped her. I said " can I finish asking my question "? Then I thought , why waste my time or money , with someone representing their business this way and speaking to a potential client as if they were a wayward child. I really was looking forward to using this venue .

Had my 30th birthday celebration here and the experience was beyond my expectations. Ms. Gladys( designs specialist)paid attention to my request and needs, went above and beyond to make my day stunningly memorable. Lightning was esquisite, place was spacious and temperature was right on even though my event was in the heart of summer (June). Planning to host more events here. Highly recommended

Many venues don’t offer the level of flexibility that I was able to get from OBH. For my wedding reception, I needed a lot of adjustments as my guest list and event needs kept changing. Gladys was incredibly helpful through the planning stages and cooperative with my family and vendors. The decorations were beautiful. The place itself has plenty of space, ample parking, and convenient event hours.
