Southern Maine Power Wash brought my siding and trim back to life. I couldn't believe that Rick was able make my light colored trim look like it was freshly painted. I wasted several hours and a lot of money trying to DIY it with no success. Should have called Southern Maine Power Wash first to have a professional do the job right.

Rick was excellent. Gave a heads up on time when he was going to be there. Showed up on time. Great quality work. He did everything he said he would. He was in and out quickly. Cleaned up nice and took care not damage any landscaping around the house. I had a few tough stains on my roof and some of the siding. It came out really nice after. Siding looked new afterwards. I would definitely recommend or call again if I need power wash again! Thank you!

We recently had Rick from Southern Maine Power Wash pressure wash our house and his work is meticulous and he is wonderful to communicate with as well. His prices are also very reasonable compared to other quotes that I received. He worked tirelessly to get our house and trim clean and his efforts were clearly visible once he was finished. We have a three story house which is difficult to access when pressure washing but Rick worked diligently to get the entire house incredibly clean and we were completely impressed with his work! I am very particular also and he actually surpassed my expectations and we truly appreciate his hard work as our house looks amazing!! Rick also pressure washed our daughter’s two houses and they were equally impressed with him and how amazing their houses looked after he had finished. One of my daughter’s comments was “ My house is actually shining!” She was correct, as it was, thanks to Rick’s hard work! He did a better job than anyone else I’ve ever hired to pressure wash and I can assure you, I will be recommending him to everyone I know that has pressure washing needs!
