We went to ShakeShack recently with my family and mom. My kids have allergies, and Antoine and a co-worker were great about making sure that the food we ordered had no allergens. When the food was brought to us, we realized that we were missing one order of fries. Even though they had not charged us for this, Antoine got us the fries and said it was on him! Later, as we were leaving with my mom (in a wheelchair), Antoine held the door open for us and wished us a good day. We all felt he had done a great job, so kudos to him. We would love to go back there the next time we go downtown.

Rarely eat cheeseburgers any longer (not great for my cholesterol load :( ), so this rating my be tinged with a bit of nostalgia. The burger was flavorful and juicy without oozing liquid, and the fries were crispy. The people were friendly and helpful, and the place itself attractive. It was overpriced, but that's just DC.

Solid little fast food joint. Burgers seem very legit and fries are solid. Fast food done properly.

I came two days ago and them burgers were hitting so good & the workers were so nice and patient. I just seen them other reviews like no this is a 5 star experience I had, like how can milkshake even be melted? Yes I’m throwing shade. These workers need a raise idc!! They working their a$$ off !!!!
