Drive Thru Breakfast Sausage Burrito Pros: Service, fast and kind Improvement: Quality Control: Where is the sausage and potatoes? I’ve been looking forward to eating their breakfast burritos again as I’ve had positive experiences with catering. Unfortunately this breakfast burrito was more tortilla, watery sauce and egg. There was literally one potato 1/2 inch big and I looked carefully for the sausage which seems more like it could have been grounded with the sauce. Would have preferred to use the $5 in another fast food location. Maybe catering is the way to go? I really wanted to make this my breakfast go-to in my commute.

Food wasn’t good at all and is definitely a misinterpretation of the authentic Mexican food.

Honestly, the food was just bad. Nothing fresh, greasy/oily, overcooked. That's what happens when you pick the nearest restaurant near your hotel. This is not a good representation of Mexican/New Mexico style food. Staff was nice enough, but not knowledgeable. Couldn't make a suggestion on any part of the menu by flavor, soley popularity. We had the Super Burrito and Fajitas.

It is all from scratch, to the best of my knowledge.

I think so. Chips too. It is in the kitchen though. Not out in the open so don't know for sure. It tastes amazing though. Best Tex Mex in NOVA hands down.
