I waited over 20 minutes for my order and this was in my cookies and cream milkshake. I choked on the piece you see above and the service was horrible. A worker came in and plopped all of her belongs on the counter while customers were waiting for their orders. Another worker answered a phone call and didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to pack more orders. This was the worst service I’ve ever received at a Shake Shack chain. I am highly disappointed and want a refund for my order. All of this happened today, July 5 2022. I hope their services get better!

Burger was flavorful but a little dry and the bun was sub par. The ambiance is really nothing too speak about, it looks like a Chipotle inside. It's order at the counter and seat yourself, so although there are some nice views outside on the wharf, it's not exactly a lunch experience. In terms of burgers I think All About Burger and Good Stuff Eatery are both better.

Standard shake shack experience. Burgers and fries were good, shakes were extremely rich. Bathrooms were clean. Outdoor seating right along the waterfront is extremely pleasant. Reducing rating for being out of chocolate shakes, staff who was easy confused and got our order wrong, and an extremely long wait times (~30 minutes for three people's worth of food). Note that this was during Covid related staff and supply chain issues, so that might be better if those issues resolve.

Would have been better off going to McDonald’s. Staff was rude from the start. Was told that the ice cream machine was broken, so no shakes… at the shake shop… okay. Lady at the counter (Zaya) then said, “They have a Ben & Jerry’s down the way. Our ice cream isn’t very good anyway.” We drove all the way from Hershey, PA to eat here. Very disappointed. Food was okay. My daughter liked her burger. Would definitely not return. We did enjoy Hank’s Oyster Bar. They were GREAT!

My phone double ordered 5 seconds after the first order was charged at the wrong location today. How can I refuse the charges? We can't possibly pick up the order because we are 1 1/2 hours from the charged location? Thank you for any help
