They have the worst hair salon I've ever been to. The very first time I went to get my haircut they did an amazing job. Then I went back a second time sometime last year to get a touch up on my haircut. I paid for a cut and a style and she messed my hair up and didn't even straighten it. I come today for a 4 appointment and the ladies styling my hair is late for our appointment had me waiting for 15 minutes and then comes and tells me I need to wait even longer. The Stylists there have no consideration for their customers time and waste of gas. Absolutely terrible

Horrible experience. I am a 32 year old construction worker who went to get a present for my wife. The cashier Elizabeth made it impossible to check out with out a phone number. I told them I do not care about rewards but they said you can not return things without a phone number. This is a clear lie. After refusing to give a rewards number they finally let me pay, but not before Elizabeth threw my receipt at me from behind her plexiglass shield. Then I had to ask 3 times before she would let me talk to a manager. Pretty sad when getting someone’s phone number is more important than customer service. Maybe you should focus more on customer service and less on numbers.

I had to go twice because it was close to me. customer relations are terrible. employees are very rude. They never answer questions. They argued with me when I said I wanted to speak to the manager. I just want to pay and go. There is no need for so many questions and insistence before purchasing.

I did not go in.I saw it at my local mall and have been before. It's always busy when the mall is.It has multiple needs covered and is a little less pricey than competitors. In a blue moon I'll spray some fragrance on if I sense it might help my mood. They are all welcoming and accommodating.Had I been in recently I'd likely have put 5 stars. I will update next time I do.It is advertised boldly from outside but the entrance is inside the mall. Check Vancouver Washington Mall for hours, etc.
