Clean and well organized. Very informative staff that are friendly to work with. I left smiling so they accomplished what the majority of businesses can not even begin to do now-a-days. Yes, I am a person with high expectations from those I choose to do business with. I expect good, at minimum, customer service. The staff here provided excellent customer service. The service department has been wonderful! We had a time sensitive service issue with our camper van. They fit us in during a very busy time for their department, and completed everything for us in less than 24 hours! I would highly recommend Campers Inn in Kingston!

Picked up our new camper last weekend and we were greeted with smiles from everyone. Jim the service tech was informative and great to deal with. Tony in sales was not pushy and knew want we needed before we did. Everyone at the service desk were helpful and happy. I would recommend everyone that I know to go and check this place out.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My wife and I were questioned if we were really there to buy a camper or just look. Apparently it was too inconvenient for him to get several sets of keys so we could look inside of a few particular campers.
