Recently had the awning fabric on my travel trailer replaced here. The price for the work & materials was very fair. Dan and Mike are both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A great local business, I can't believe I drove by so many times without giving this place a chance.

We were camping up in the Salisbury area during a recent heat wave of 90+ and our A/C went out in our travel trailer, I was able to diagnose the issue and needed 2 parts, I called around to 5 other dealers who wouldn't even take the time to help me, when I called Reynolds RV and spoke with Mike he took the time to listen to what I needed, spent the time to do all the research and called me back to let me know he had 1 of the 2 parts, and possibly the second one, when I arrived he took the time to match up the second part and didn't charge me for it (was used and didn't know the history) Both the new part and old part worked Perfectly! we were able to enjoy our vacation! Thank You Reynolds RV!

I just had a great experience with Mike. I put $ down on a camper, and it turned out that my wife didn't like a few aspects of it. After bringing the camper up front, testing all the systems, and spending a lot of time getting it prepped for us to inspect it, I had to call him and tell him no deal. He was gracious and understanding. I was going to offer to have him keep some of the deposit for all of his trouble, and then he said "Hey-I owe you some money, don't I"? On the spot, he cancelled my deposit (on a Saturday), and offered to keep an eye out for another RV that might fit my wife's wants. He is a stand-up guy. I HIGHLY recommend Reynolds and I will come back here for anything I need in the future, fixtures, parts or an RV. I have never left any reviews before, but I believe Reynolds deserves a great review.

Recently had my camper serviced at The RV Store. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be more happier. I now have my camper stored for the winter, however when I get it out in the spring I plan on having additional services done by them. They have a customer for life.
