The people in this store didn't give me the right information. I went to buy a 12-month prepaid plan in 2021. The people in the store told me that it was an online only offer but they can set up my phone and sim card and I can later buy the plan online. It turns out that the plan was only for new accounts with new numbers so I couldn't use the sim card they sold me.

I had an annoying SIM problem where my phone was not able to detect it anymore. Inphynity was very helpful and quickly helped me deal with the issue. She upgraded my SIM card for no extra cost. I am very satisfied with the support.
