This was the best experience I've had at a Shari's! Brooke was an amazing waitress. Despite the employee shortage they were experiencing that day and that fact that it was busy, she kept her cool and took our order quickly. I told her that I have a vegetable oil sensitivity and asked if the cook could make my food in butter instead of vegetable oil, and she said yes and the cook definitely followed her instructions! The food was better than I would expect at a Shari's, the cook did a spectacular job as well. Brooke was friendly, hard working, and knew how to be a good waitress. Give this girl a RAISE!

This is the first time in over a year we have been here, & while the food was good, our server was ice cold. People seated after us had their order put in before us. We had to ask for more water, and our waitress didn't even pretend to be friendly.

Sunday mid Morning 6/12/22 the restaurant was virtually empty. The waitress informed us they only had 1 cook and it would be about 45 min. We said no problem, we can just sit and drink coffee until then. Then she told us we would have to wait outside or on the bench at the front door??? We understood the wait, it was the lazy attitude of not wanting to do her job any harder than necessary that was a joke. WE TIP REALLY WELL!! Shari's really would rather leave the restaurant empty and expect potential customers to wait clearly seeing seats are available? Its very clear why food trucks are taking over the industry!!!!

The food is perfect fine and good and there are no issues whatsoever with the cooks who are unseen in the kitchen. If I could rate just the food \Cooks they would get 4 stars 1/2 so keep up the good work. The problem with this restaurant is hands down the wait staff and management, I've been to this Shari's twice and both times I was ment with the rudest non professional piss poor attitude that I tried to pinch myself to wake up from the nightmare I was having. I was playing video poker and asked for change for a $20 dollar bill and boy was that a mistake was told by the waitress that they don't have the time or small bills to give out change and the second time I went to the c ash register to cash in my lottery slip which was for an outrageous amount of $35 dollars it was such a large amount the waitress had to take it all the way to the manager who was in his office and he had to come out personally to cash it out himself which took almost 15 mins to do so. $35 dollars God for bid I took a ticket for over $100 they would of had to do a credit and a background check. I will never waste my time there again
