I shopped most of the mattress stores in Bend and had 2 stores left. Because of reviews, I decided to stop in at Cascade Mattress. I was pleasantly surprised with mattress choices. Ernie the sales rep who helped me was super. Just the right amount of attention with no pressure. He was also very knowledgeable about the mattress's. I did share with him back pain my entire life and that the last bed I bought ( in Bend from a competitor) hurt my back from early on. Ernie had me check out ( lay on) a couple of beds that he thought might be good for me. In the end, he felt the Foster and Sterns would ultimately be the best for me (very little price difference between the mattress's). Ernie also informed me that the bed I chose will be a little stiffer at first and loosen up over the next 90 days. Well, the first night I thought I was going to return that bed because it seemed too firm. I remember what Ernie said and thought I'd give it a good week or two, despite poor sleep. By the third night I was sleeping like a queen. I love my new bed. It just gets more comfy every night (I've now had my Sterns and Foster for 6 weeks.). Oh, if you qualify, they also have 6 months or 12 months same as cash. Of course, you'll want to pay that off in quoted time as there's a 29.99% interest. Thank you Ernie and Cascade Mattress!

We have purchased a number of items from this store, all with no problems. Recently we purchased a platform bed with headboard. They delivered and installed. We quickly realized there was an issue and contacted the store. The bed was replaced the same day and we were even given a credit against the price! Great customer service!
